Our Faculty:
"GSG" stands for Health Security Society (or Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Gesellschaft in German).
In the health field, the degree programs are.
- Applied Health Sciences (AGW B.Sc.)
- Applied Health Promotion (AGF M.Sc.)
- Physical Therapy (PT B. Sc.)
- and Midwifery Sciences (HW B.Sc.)
arranged.
The degree programs
- Security and Safety Engineering (SSB B.Sc.)
- and Risk Engineering (RIW M.Sc.)
are then responsible for the "S" in GSG.
But especially the last "G" fits us.
We are a sociable bunch of students and are happy to accept new members into our circles.
Who knows... maybe you'll sell your soul to the Student Council too?
What do we do as student representatives?
As you can easily see from the name alone, we represent the interests and wishes of the students in front of our lecturers. But we can also be found organizing events such as information evenings and get-togethers between students and lecturers.
We can then either raise the wishes and interests of the students in direct conversation with the lecturers or even take the points to the Faculty Council, which meets regularly and in which we are represented with 6 votes.

Every two weeks on Wednesdays at 18:30 the student council meeting takes place in the Alfaview room GSG 10, where we discuss current issues.
